Our AI technology powered by Google Gemini is highly accurate, but no app can guarantee 100% accuracy. We provide confidence scores with each identification and always recommend consulting multiple sources and experts before consuming any wild mushroom. Safety is our top priority.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

Can I use the app offline?

You can browse your saved mushrooms, collections, and educational content offline. However, AI identification requires an internet connection to communicate with our AI service. We recommend identifying mushrooms while you have connectivity, then accessing your saved data later in the field.

What regions/countries do you cover?

Our database includes mushroom species from around the world, with particularly comprehensive coverage of North America, Europe, and Asia. Regional information, seasonality, and habitat data are continuously being expanded. If you notice missing species from your region, let us know!

Is my data private and secure?

Yes! Your photos and collections are stored locally on your device by default. Images sent for AI identification are processed securely and not permanently stored. We take privacy seriously - read our Privacy Policy for complete details.

Can I restore my purchase on a new device?

Yes! Use the "Restore Purchases" option in the app's settings. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account that you used to make the original purchase. Your premium subscription will be restored automatically.

How can I improve identification accuracy?

For best results: (1) Take clear, well-lit photos showing multiple angles, (2) Include the cap, gills/pores, and stem in your photos, (3) Photograph the mushroom in its natural habitat, (4) Avoid blurry or dark images, (5) Try to show distinguishing features clearly. Multiple photos from different angles improve accuracy.
